1. What Commenthush does

Commenthush is a mobile app for Instagram professional accounts (business and creator). With your permission it reads the comments on your own posts, classifies them, hides comments that are insulting, hateful or spam according to the preferences you set, and shows you summaries. It never replies to comments, never deletes comments, never sends messages and never posts on your behalf.

2. Data we collect

• Instagram account data via the official Instagram API with Instagram Login: your username, profile picture, account type, your recent posts (id, thumbnail URL, caption, date, like count) and the comments on them (comment text, commenter username, date, like count).
• Your choices in the app: protection preferences, decisions you make on comments we ask you about, notification settings.
• Account and subscription data: an email address if you give one, your subscription status from Apple App Store or Google Play (we never see your card details).
• Technical data: device type, app version, crash reports and anonymous usage events.

We do not access your Instagram password, your direct messages, your followers' private data or any account other than the ones you connect.

3. How we use it

• To classify each comment and hide the ones that match your preferences. Classification is performed by an AI language model; comment text is sent to our AI provider for this purpose only and is not used to train their models.
• To show you hidden comments, weekly summaries and post reports inside the app.
• To send the notifications you enabled.
• To operate, secure and improve the service, and to provide support.

4. How long we keep it

Comment text is kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. Aggregated numbers (counts and percentages) are kept for the life of your account so that your reports keep working. Instagram access tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect an account. If you delete your Commenthush account, all data connected to it is deleted within 30 days.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors that help us run the service: our cloud hosting provider, our AI provider for comment classification, Apple and Google for subscriptions, and a crash-reporting service. Each processes data under a contract and only on our instructions. We will disclose data if required by law.

6. Your rights

You can see and un-hide every hidden comment in the app at any time. You can disconnect an Instagram account or delete all your data from Settings, or by following the instructions at commenthush.com/data-deletion. You can also revoke Commenthush's access from Instagram's own settings (Settings → Apps and websites). Depending on where you live (including under KVKK in Türkiye and GDPR in the EU) you have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data and to object to processing; write to privacy@commenthush.com.

7. Children

Commenthush is for professional accounts and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

We will post changes to this policy on this page and, for material changes, notify you in the app.

1. Commenthush ne yapar

Commenthush, Instagram profesyonel hesapları (işletme ve içerik üretici) için bir mobil uygulamadır. İzninizle kendi gönderilerinizdeki yorumları okur, sınıflandırır, belirlediğiniz tercihlere göre hakaret, nefret söylemi ve spam içeren yorumları gizler ve size özetler sunar. Hiçbir zaman yorumlara cevap yazmaz, yorum silmez, mesaj göndermez ve adınıza paylaşım yapmaz.

2. Topladığımız veriler

• Instagram hesap verileri (resmi Instagram API, Instagram Login yoluyla): kullanıcı adınız, profil fotoğrafınız, hesap türünüz, son gönderileriniz (kimlik, küçük resim adresi, açıklama, tarih, beğeni sayısı) ve bunlara yazılan yorumlar (yorum metni, yorumcunun kullanıcı adı, tarih, beğeni sayısı).
• Uygulamadaki tercihleriniz: koruma ayarları, size sorduğumuz yorumlar hakkındaki kararlarınız, bildirim ayarları.
• Hesap ve abonelik verileri: verirseniz e-posta adresiniz, Apple App Store ya da Google Play'den gelen abonelik durumunuz (kart bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz).
• Teknik veriler: cihaz türü, uygulama sürümü, çökme raporları ve anonim kullanım olayları.

Instagram şifrenize, mesajlarınıza, takipçilerinizin özel verilerine ve bağladıklarınız dışındaki hesaplara erişmeyiz.

3. Verileri nasıl kullanırız

• Her yorumu sınıflandırmak ve tercihlerinize uyanları gizlemek için. Sınıflandırmayı bir yapay zekâ dil modeli yapar; yorum metni yalnızca bu amaçla yapay zekâ sağlayıcımıza iletilir ve onların modellerini eğitmek için kullanılmaz.
• Gizlenen yorumları, haftalık özetleri ve gönderi raporlarını uygulama içinde göstermek için.
• Açtığınız bildirimleri göndermek için.
• Hizmeti işletmek, güvenli tutmak, geliştirmek ve destek vermek için.

4. Ne kadar süre saklarız

Yorum metinleri 90 gün saklanır ve sonra otomatik silinir. Toplu sayılar (adetler ve yüzdeler) raporlarınız çalışmaya devam etsin diye hesabınız var olduğu sürece tutulur. Instagram erişim anahtarları, bir hesabın bağlantısını kaldırdığınız anda silinir. Commenthush hesabınızı silerseniz ona bağlı tüm veriler 30 gün içinde silinir.

5. Kimlerle paylaşırız

Verilerinizi satmayız. Yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmamıza yardım eden işleyicilerle paylaşırız: bulut barındırma sağlayıcımız, yorum sınıflandırması için yapay zekâ sağlayıcımız, abonelikler için Apple ve Google, bir çökme raporlama hizmeti. Her biri sözleşme kapsamında ve yalnızca bizim talimatımızla işler. Yasa gerektirirse veri açıklarız.

6. Haklarınız

Gizlenen her yorumu uygulamada istediğiniz an görebilir ve geri açabilirsiniz. Bir Instagram hesabının bağlantısını kaldırabilir ya da tüm verilerinizi Ayarlar'dan veya commenthush.com/data-deletion adresindeki yönergeyle silebilirsiniz. Commenthush'ın erişimini Instagram'ın kendi ayarlarından da (Ayarlar → Uygulamalar ve web siteleri) kaldırabilirsiniz. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, taşıma ve işlemeye itiraz haklarınız vardır; privacy@commenthush.com adresine yazın.

7. Çocuklar

Commenthush profesyonel hesaplar içindir, 16 yaş altına yönelik değildir. Onlardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politikadaki değişiklikleri bu sayfada yayınlar, önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde bildiririz.
