Commenthush is a mobile app that connects to your Instagram professional account through Meta's official API, reads the comments on your posts, classifies them with an AI model, hides comments that match the preferences you set (insults, hate speech, spam) and shows you summaries. It never replies to comments, never deletes comments, never sends messages and never posts on your behalf. Hidden comments can be un-hidden by you at any time.
You must be at least 16 years old and the owner or an authorised manager of the Instagram account you connect. Connecting an account you are not authorised to manage is a breach of these terms.
The service depends on Meta's Instagram API and its policies. If Meta changes or withdraws access, parts of the service may stop working; we will tell you and, where we cannot restore the service, refund the unused part of a prepaid period. You are responsible for keeping your account eligible (a professional account with a business portfolio).
Classification is automated and will sometimes be wrong: a harmless comment may be hidden or an abusive one missed. We show you everything we hide and let you reverse it. The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every abusive comment will be caught. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
Do not use the service to harass others, to interfere with Meta's platforms, to reverse engineer the app, or to resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time; see Data deletion.
You can stop using the service and disconnect your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, refunding any unused prepaid period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; İstanbul (Anadolu) courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country.

Commenthush, Instagram profesyonel hesabınıza Meta'nın resmi API'si üzerinden bağlanan, gönderilerinizdeki yorumları okuyan, bir yapay zekâ modeliyle sınıflandıran, belirlediğiniz tercihlere uyan yorumları (hakaret, nefret söylemi, spam) gizleyen ve size özetler sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Hiçbir zaman yorumlara cevap yazmaz, yorum silmez, mesaj göndermez ve adınıza paylaşım yapmaz. Gizlenen yorumları istediğiniz an geri açabilirsiniz.
En az 16 yaşında ve bağladığınız Instagram hesabının sahibi ya da yetkili yöneticisi olmalısınız. Yönetme yetkiniz olmayan bir hesabı bağlamak bu koşulların ihlalidir.
Hizmet, Meta'nın Instagram API'sine ve politikalarına bağlıdır. Meta erişimi değiştirir ya da kaldırırsa hizmetin bazı bölümleri çalışmayabilir; bunu size bildiririz ve hizmeti geri getiremezsek peşin ödenen dönemin kullanılmayan kısmını iade ederiz. Hesabınızın uygun kalmasından (işletme portföyü olan profesyonel hesap) siz sorumlusunuz.
Sınıflandırma otomatiktir ve zaman zaman hata yapar: zararsız bir yorum gizlenebilir ya da hakaret içeren bir yorum kaçabilir. Gizlediğimiz her şeyi size gösterir ve geri almanıza izin veririz. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz erişimi ya da her hakaretin yakalanacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda hizmet için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
Hizmeti başkalarını taciz etmek, Meta platformlarına müdahale etmek, uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmek ya da yazılı anlaşmamız olmadan erişimi yeniden satmak için kullanmayın. Bu kurallara aykırı hesapları askıya alabiliriz.

Hizmeti kullanmayı bırakıp hesabınızın bağlantısını istediğiniz an kaldırabilirsiniz. Biz hizmeti 30 gün önceden bildirerek sonlandırabiliriz; peşin ödenen kullanılmamış dönemi iade ederiz.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; İstanbul (Anadolu) mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Bulunduğunuz ülkedeki zorunlu tüketici koruma kuralları saklıdır.
